DeLille Cellars emerges as a pioneer of Bordeaux-style blends in Washington State, committing to small production and time-honored techniques.

This summer, DeLille Cellars is partnering with a handpicked group of chefs to create a limited series of wine dinners and tasting experiences. Each evening explores how our wines evolve alongside thoughtfully crafted dishes—celebrating seasonal produce, coastal influences, and the quiet details that make a meal unforgettable.
Chefs build each course around the structure and aromatics of our wines—think heirloom tomatoes with vibrant rosé, or slow-roasted meats alongside layered reds.
